Hi there…..yes, you can have your dentist whiten them. It is usually quite expensive. You can buy products in your drug store to whiten teeth as well. It may take longer…..a week or so.
There are toothpastes you can buy that will help to whiten them over time & keep them whiter if you use it regularly.
If you drink coffee, tea, and/or smoke, these are stain makers as well & stopping them can help you teeth be whiter.
Last of all, teeth come in varying shades of white & you will have nothing at all to do with it….you are born with the tendency & no amount of trying will make them snow white!
Oh, to the tune of about $600 each tooth, you can have a dentist put snow white caps on all your teeth!!!! :) . Some movie stars do this because they can afford it!
Good luck to you & no matter what, keep smiling!!

Step1. Use baking soda to brush your teeth instead of toothpaste. Baking soda is a known whitening agent for many substances around the house including laundry. But it’s also a natural teeth whitening agent as well. Just wet a toothbrush & then sprinkle some baking soda on it. Use the baking soda to brush your teeth & rinse with water when you are done.
Step 2. Eat more strawberries. Strawberries have more recently been discovered to whiten teeth naturally. In fact, they have been proven to be so good at teeth whitening that you shouldn’t be surprised to see strawberries popping up in toothpaste ingredients in the near future. Instead of eating strawberries, you can mash one up & apply it to your teeth. Let it sit for ten minutes & then rinse with water. If you have an extra teeth whitening tray around, you can spread the strawberries in it before placing into your mouth.
Step 3. Make your own teeth whitening mouth rinse by combining one part lemon juice to four parts water. If you are using an six ounce glass fill the glass with water & add one tablespoon of lemon juice. Rinse mouth with solution once per day for about 30 seconds.
Step 4. You can also use hydrogen peroxide as a teeth whitening mouth rinse. Simply brush teeth as normal & then rinse with the hydrogen peroxide solution for about 30 seconds. Note that while hydrogen peroxide has been proven to be safe & nontoxic for teeth whitening, you should take care not to swallow it.
Step 5. Baking soda can be used as a tooth paste. The natural gentle abrasives help clean surface stains just as effectively as some mild teeth whitening kits. Some commercial toothpaste companies have picked up on this, & are now including baking soda in their pastes. To do this at home, you can brush with baking soda, then follow with your own toothpaste (because baking soda does not have any cavity-fighting properties). Alternatively, you could mix up a paste made of your favorite toothpaste & some baking soda.
Step 6. Combine baking soda & hydrogen peroxide to make a stronger teeth bleaching paste. Mix 1/2 tablespoon of peroxide with 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda. Apply to your teeth with your finger or a toothbrush. Allow to set for about a minute (do NOT swallow), then use a toothbrush to scrub it off. Rinse with warm water. Brush your teeth with your regular tooth paste.
Step 7. This final tip is surprising, but works wonders. Brush your teeth as usual. Rinse. Apply several drops of olive oil to the corner of a washcloth. Rub the oiled cloth on your teeth. Within a few days, you’ll notice a difference in the whiteness of your teeth. You’ll be surprised at how great your teeth look after using natural teeth whiteners as opposed to expensive kits.
    Hope This Helps :)
