Tooth Answers

I clench my teeth at night. Sometimes it’s so bad that I wake up with tension pain in my jaw & neck & I can’t seem to fully relax my jaw. I know that a mouth guard is one option to protect my teeth, but that is a last resort for me because, 1. I can’t afford it right now & insurance won’t cover it, and, 2. It won’t really fix the clenching problem. So is there anything that you have tried to reduce teeth clenching that has worked pretty well?

The information on zoom pen says you cant us night appliance,does this mean I cant use the pen if I wear a hard plastic or rubber mouthguard at night.If so what does it do.Nancy
