i cant use crest white strips because they hurt my teeth really bad… & i got this uv whitening to use when i go tanning but that isnt really working for me…… im getting braces in 4 days so i want to get my teeth white before then!! any ideas?

I am Obsessed with white teeth & do everything to keep mine super white!
I am a student on a budget, what are some fool proof methods that you use to get your teeth super white? besides the crest strips

No whitening strips though as I heard they damage your teeth a lot.

my teeth are not that yellow but yet need to be more white. I usually brush my teeth 2 times a day but mostly 1 cause i forget to brush & is there any free trials for teeth whitening i dont want to go to the dentist

My wife says it’s common in Europe to rinse with hydrogen peroxide to get your teeth whiter. What can anyone tell me?

I have braces but i an addictted to caffine. I drink diet coke & coffe constantly, when i try to quit even lightly i get massive headaces, usally with dizzyness & upset stomach. But overall, before i give up my addiction, I would like to get my teeth whiter then they are ( i mean they are ok, but i would like them to shine ) but, i know there are certain things you cant use whilte having braces. So if anyone knows any good secerts, I would be delighted to hear an answer.

Ok My teeth are yellow Not Real Bad, but kinda. I dont really know alot about teeth so all i wanted to know is if you have yellow teeth & you start brushing more often & better can you get white Pearl Teeth Or Atleast Close To It.,

My teeth are yellow & I would like them to be a little lighter because in know that your teeth should be a little yellow

A few spaces between my teeth have also darkened though I have been brushing twice a day with ayurvedic manjan for the past several years. I don’t take tobacco etc. My sugar intake is low. I am 54 years but have never gone to a dentist for check up. My teeth appear to be tight & healthy – no pains, no foul odor. Otherwise also, I don’t take medicines & believe in natural living. I do not have any other illness.

How do you get yellow teeth & make them white teeth the easiest way.

Funds are low so I cannot go to the dentist & get it bleached. (I would often do that). The strips from the stores dont work that well & it makes my teeth extremly sensitive. Any suggestions how to get them whiter?

I had the trays once but they didnt make the entire tooth white, as if the product didnt cover the entire tooth, it wasnt uniform. will the laser (i think its laser), the one time whitening be better at making the teeth all white?

Sounds like a stupid question, but well my teeth are not so white.
Can extra brushing & hard scrubbing make them go white? Or is is impossible not that they have turned a different colour?
